I am an LCSW  with ten plus years of experience working with individuals, families and seniors; helping them explore and begin healing from traumas or situations that have impacted their lives.

I practice from a genuine, honest and humorous perspective. My approach to therapy is always client centered and trauma aware. I specialize in crisis intervention, solution focused, cognitive behavioral and interpersonal therapy modalities.

I understand mental health needs can sometimes be confusing, overwhelming or down right scary.  I feel my down to earth genuine persona, therapeutic expertise and utilization of humor will provide you a space to feel seen and heard as well as safely work through your big feelings.
