About Demi Lorey
Demi’s personal philosophy of counseling revolves around the idea that clients are the experts on themselves. Only they truly know what it is like to spend a day walking around in their shoes. Being able to work together with clients in order to reach their goals is at the heart of her practice.
Demi incorporates several different therapeutic approaches into her practice to provide individualized care to each of her clients. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, EMDR, and many others.
Demi believes that everyone is intrinsically worthy of healing and acceptance. As a therapist, it is her desire to walk alongside clients and aid them in making sense of their own story through compassion, empathy, and promoting hope.
