Alejandra Carolina Moreno

I believe in collaborating with my clients in order to achieve growth and alleviate symptoms which may be causing distress. I tailor my approach based on the needs of each individual client. I am passionate about working with people from various backgrounds. Since I am fluent in Spanish, I also offer therapy to Spanish speaking clients.

I utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and the Internal Family Systems model. I have experience working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, trauma, and grief.

During our initial session I will listen to your story, we will set therapy goals that are meaningful to you, and we will collaborate on a plan that will address your needs/concerns. My goal is to provide a supportive and safe environment and meaningful insight. I will also provide you with techniques that you can incorporate into your life and will promote your wellbeing.
